Awarded as the Outstanding Alumni for Public Service in the Grand Reunion and Homecoming held on February 21, 2009.

As a multi-awarded Barangay Chaiman, Ms. Josefina M. Siscar has maintained the highest degree of performance through her relentless efforts in maintaining  peace and order and a drug-free barangay under her jurisdiction; has consistently advocated and implemented  not only  a clean and green community, but also a healthy constituency and environment through her medical missions, feeding programs, sports and physical fitness program, street lighting and barangay roads,

and other social and community services; initiated the establishment and construction of a 5-room school building for pre-schoolers at the Holy Family Church in San Andres Bukid Manila from funds she sourced out from a Japanese Foundation. A consistent awardee as outstanding barangay chairman for 15 years in Manila, Josie M. Siscar continues to sustain her dedication to public service as a City Councilor of the 5th District of Manila.
